The Traveling Horned Owl can be obtained via voucher upon collecting the required materials that are needed for the Collector.
The first thing that you have to do is to go and talk with Bertrand who is going to give you a task to collect some materials in your Collector, such as 5 Ores, Flowers, or Fruits in the wild.
After the talk with Bertrand, you have to teleport to the Bishui Plain in Liyue. Check the image below.
In this area, you will be able to find the Silk Flower, which is a required material for your collector. Once you obtain 5 flowers, open your collector and click on “Subsequent process” to finish the Source Material Collection.
The next step is the Elemental Charge, which is affected by Pyro, Hydro, or electro for 15s.
This is pretty simple. All you need to do is to go and stand in the water for 15 seconds until the meter bar gets 100%.
Once it reaches 100%, you can open your collector and click on the “Subsequent process” to finish the Elemental Charge in your Collector.
The last section from the collector that has to be finished is the Core Activation. It requires collecting 4 portions of Core Propulsion by defeating elemental life forms.
To find these elemental life forms, you can teleport to the Minlin area in Liyue where you can find plenty of them. Check the image below for the specific teleport location.
Get there and kill some of them to collect the 4 portions of Core Propulsion.
Once you are done, you have to open your collector again and now click on “Go and Create”.
Now, you have to teleport back to Ritou and go to talk to Bertrand again. In the dialogue with him, you have to click on the “Create test products…” which will bring you to the crafter. It will show that you have done all 3 parts from the Material Collection and now just press “Craft”.
The creation will be successful and you will obtain the Redemption Voucher 10 that is used to redeem Traveling Horned Owl.
