Franklin and Trevor continue stealing cars for Devin Weston in return for the payout of their lives. This time Devin wants them to steal a Z-Type from Chad Mulligan.
The brunt of this mission will involve scanning targets and tracking down Chad Mulligan so make sure to keep your eyes peeled and alert at all times. Here is everything you need to know about the Eye in the Sky mission and how to get its Gold Medal in GTA 5.

Gold Medal Objectives
Keep in mind the following objectives throughout the level to get a Gold Medal at the end:
- Not a Scratch: Deliver the Z-Type with no damage.
- Eavesdropper: Listen to 3 conversations.
- I See You: Find Chad’s hiding place on the 1st attempt.
Mission Synopsis
At the start of the mission, Trevor will be outside of the Los Santos Police Department. Head inside and go to the helipad at the rooftop. There will be a helicopter waiting for you to get on.
You will have to locate Franklin using the helicopter’s scanner. He can be found by the oil derricks to the south east. Simply locate your cursor at him to engage contact.
The next person you need to look for is Chad Mulligan. Franklin will mention taking a look around the Hawick area and Trevor will tell the helicopter pilot to head there.
You can try scanning all of the available targets, but Mulligan will not be here. Franklin will mention going to a few blocks east. There will be a lot more targets to scan here. Keep trying your luck until you eventually find Chad Mulligan.
Once you’ve located him, you have to keep tracking him from the helicopter until he reveals the location of where he parked his car. Franklin will confront him but Mulligan will drive off with the car in tow.
Franklin will give chase, as Trevor you can assist him by keeping a close eye on where Mulligan is heading. As you do so, Trevor will mention the street names and directions that Mulligan is passing through.

Eventually Mulligan retreats into a multi level parking garage, which hampers vision from the helicopter. The helicopter pilot will advise Trevor to use the thermal sight of the scanner, which you can use to see Mulligan in his car at the left most portion of the parking garage.
You will now switch over to controlling Franklin. It is advised to knock out or kill Mulligan before you take the care as he will alert the police if you leave him alive and conscious.
Now all you have to do is take the car to Devin’s private plane hangar at the airport. Make sure to avoid any damage to the care if you want to get the Gold Medal for this mission.
Devin will be greatly delighted to get the car and will briefly talk to Franklin. After the cutscene, you can get out to the airport exit and the mission will end.
