How to find Hidden Lairs
Hidden lairs can randomly spawn on any of the maps and there are set spots that you can find. On the mini-map, they will have a small portal looking icon as it’s shown in the image below.
The entrance looks different depending on the zone where you at, but for example, in Dark Wood they are like broken down ruins with a blue glow coming out of them.
You can find an entrance where you can interact in the same way as you entering any other dungeon.
You can even track them, if you find one like this, you will know they’re all going to look similar to that. The best way to do a hidden lair is to have a party, find a leader, and join them to be able to enter the lair. You can also do it by yourself if you know all the locations on the map.
If you are going to do it with a party, you can find people who are going for a hidden lair through the party finder. Then select the group and apply to join.
Once you go to the entrance and click on it, you can see the difficulty and the recommended level for that specific lair depending on the zone, and also the rewards that you can obtain like gems and have a chance for legendary gear.
After you get inside the lair, you can roam around and defeat the mobs and some bosses to obtain some normal gems. As you complete the secondary objective, it will grant you better rewards.
