New World as the name suggests is an open-world MMO RPG title developed by Amazon where you will need to survive on the supernatural island of Aeternum. You will need to fight, forage and forge new weapons to deal with obstacles that you will face on your journey either alone or with friends.
The Commander’s Correspondence quest requires you to search the Iron Keep to find information about the missing tribute to Medea. This quest is assigned by Leovix Silva and you will need to complete the Iron and Blood quest first to start it.

Commander’s Correspondence Quest Guide
In order to start the quest, you will first need to complete the Iron and Blood quest and then talk to Leovix Silva who is the Iron Rose captain. Accept the quest and then proceed further along the path to enter the Iron Keep.

You will need to defeat some enemies that you will encounter in the area and then head west of the main building of the Iron Keep. Reach the top floor and then read the “Notice of Breach of Contract” there.
Next, you will need to travel to Corinth either on foot or by using the fast travel feature. You can also complete the optional objective of using the Spirit Shrine which is basically the shrine that allows you to fast travel to different locations on the map.
Follow the marker on your HUD to enter the large hall and you will find Leovix Silva present there. Talk to him and complete the quest to receive 2,050 XP, 42 coins,175 standing and 5 Azoth as rewards.
